  4.      Lotto Challenger is a number selection program that can be used with
  5.      all Pick-5, Pick-6 and Pick-7 Lotto games.  Lotto Challenger is by
  6.      design, easy to learn and use.  However, we recommend that you print
  7.      the documentation file, LC.DOC, and at least glance through it
  8.      before using the program.

  10.      We have spent many hours developing Lotto Challenger over the past
  11.      two years.  We estimate total development time to be about 2000
  12.      hours spent in some way, form, or fashion getting Lotto Challenger
  13.      to this point.  We have enjoyed most of that time (who really likes
  14.      debugging programs!), but expect some compensation for our efforts.
  15.      Put yourself in our place; we are sure you'll agree.

  17.      Two data files for the Florida lotteries are included with the
  18.      package so that you can begin using the program immediately.  Of
  19.      course you can type in the numbers for your own state if you wish.

  21.      Payment of the $29.50 registration fee entitles you to the most
  22.      recent version of Lotto Challenger, program support, a current
  23.      state data file of your choice, and our regulary distributed Lotto
  24.      Challenger newsletter.  You can print a registration form by 
  25.      pressing F9 at the Lotto Challenger Challenger main menu, and then
  26.      pressing F10 at the closing screen.

  28.      This is a Shareware program.  It is NOT FREE.  Do not confuse the
  29.      purchase of this package from a distribution house from your
  30.      obligation to register, if you decide to continue using this program.
  31.      Keep the cost of Shareware down by registering for Shareware
  32.      software that is of value to you!

  34.      You have permission to make unlimited copies of the program and to
  35.      distribute those copies as long as no fee is charged for the program.
  36.      A duplication charge not to exceed $6.00 may be collected.

  56.      Version 3.2    11/11/89    1. Corrected a bug in the Statistics Summary
  57.                                    which caused incorrect averages and
  58.                                    percentages to be displayed if a large
  59.                                    data file was used.

  61.                                 2. Previously, a number was Overdue if it had
  62.                                    not been drawn in the past 10 drawings
  63.                                    and if it was in the upper 50% of the
  64.                                    number drawing frequency list.  Overdue
  65.                                    numbers are now numbers which have not
  66.                                    been drawn in the past 10 drawings and
  67.                                    appear in the upper 25% of the drawing
  68.                                    frequency list.

  70.      Version 3.3     01/02/90   1. Gave the user the option to change how
  71.                                    many drawings are used to determine
  72.                                    whether a number is Hot, Cold, or
  73.                                    Overdue.  If the user deletes the file
  74.                                    LC.CFG prior to running Lotto Challenger, 
  75.                                    he is prompted at the title screen to
  76.                                    enter the number of drawings to be used.
  77.                                    The program defaults still defaults to
  78.                                    10 drawings for Hot, Cold and Overdue
  79.                                    numbers.  Refer to the file LC.DOC for
  80.                                    more information.

  82.                                 2. Added the ability to include Bonus numbers
  83.                                    in the statistical analysis.  A new
  84.                                    question concerning Bonus numbers has been
  85.                                    added to the Configuration screen.  Refer
  86.                                    to Chapter 8 in the documentation for more

  89.      Version 3.4     02/11/90   1. After the user selects a number system to
  90.                                    play, the prize guarantee for the system
  91.                                    selected is displayed at the bottom of the
  92.                                    screen. The user may press ESC to cancel
  93.                                    playing that system, or press any other key
  94.                                    to continue.

  97.                                    pressing F10 on the closing screen.
